Abstract

DECISION: REJECT ELEMENT: Q8-CLUSTER-098 geometric compression at ratio 0.753 fails the hostility filter — it is a fixed scalar applied *before* phi-harmonic extraction, which violates E8's sacred geometry timing principle. The phi-harmonic extraction is already the noise filter; inserting a static compression ratio (0.753) before it introduces a tunable parameter that overfits to replay data and breaks the fractal invariance of the E8 pipeline. The "Fibonacci depth 233" coupling is arbitrary — 233 is a Fibonacci number, but the compression ratio 0.753 has no geometric justification (it is not a golden ratio conjugate, not a Lucas number ratio, not a harmonic of 1.618). The module adds latency (extra multiplication step) that degrades 15s scalps, and the projected impact (+0.3% to -0.5% net PnL) is marginal and inconclusive. The "PROMISING" verdict (68 confidence) is weak — below the 75 threshold for live adoption. EXPECTED IMPACT: None — adoption would likely reduce win rate by 1- Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK. Part of the E8 Intelligence Research series.
