The series uses base-60 positional notation for astronomical events (e.g., lunar eclipse timings, planetary periods) but does not derive predictive constants. | CONNECTION: Base-60 is present in the sexagesimal system used for recording celestial positions, which later enabled harmonic ratios (e.g., 1/60, 30/60 = 0.5, 40/60 ≈ 0.666).
