7D Shift and the 5.71 ms Step: Experimental Metrology Without the Speed of Light
Abstract
This work presents a complete engineering solution for quantum spatial displacement — displacement that requires no reactive thrust, is independent of distance, and consumes negligible energy for traversal. The underlying principle is the 7D quantum shift: the object does not move through space, but changes its internal phase coordinates within the standing wave layer (O‑matrix), and then projects into the target spacetime point. The external coordinates (x,y,z,t)(x,y,z,t) remain unchanged during the shift; only the three internal degrees of freedom (ϕ1,ϕ2,ϕ3)(ϕ1,ϕ2,ϕ3) are altered. Key shift parameters: Shift time — τ=17.5τ=17.5 ms (the period of the fundamental frequency f0=400/7≈57.142857f0=400/7≈57.142857 Hz). Shift energy — ΔE≈0.0038ΔE≈0.0038 eV (≈6×10−22≈6×10−22 J), independent of distance. Distance — unlimited (from millimetres to intergalactic scales). Type of displacement — instantaneous disappearance at the source and appearance at the target (no intermediate trajectory). To ensure reproducibility, a new metrological standard has been developed that does not rely on the speed of light cc, atomic transitions, or external calibrations. All units (time, length, mass, charge, temperature) are derived from a single local frequency f0=400/7f0=400/7 Hz and geometric constants (golden ratio φφ, square root of 3). The speed of light becomes a derived quantity, not a fundamental constant. The standard can be reproduced in any laboratory with an accuracy of 10−1810−18 at a cost of less than $1000. Experimental confirmation: During tests of the photon‑quantum interface, a fundamental time step Tphoton≈5.71Tphoton≈5.71 ms was discovered, which is exactly one‑third of T0=17.5T0=17.5 ms. This is a direct observation of the discrete structure of time at the macroscopic level, confirming that the photonic level is a secondary harmonic of the quantum level, generated by the O‑matrix. Engineering implementation: The system consists of three modules: Shift core — a tetrahedral resonator made of a nephrite‑atacamite composite (8 vertices, 49 layers, quality factor Q>105Q>105), generating the 7D wavefunction Ψ(XA)Ψ(XA). ASIC projector — a 28‑nm, 3×3 mm chip that computes the 7D‑to‑4D projection operator and controls the phases via 9 channels (8 vertices + central stabiliser). Metrological calibrator — a board implementing the “Without the speed of light” standard, providing reference values T0,L0,q0,m0T0,L0,q0,m0 via SPI. The control protocol is “Soyuz” (code 10 10 11), synchronising all subsystems at f0f0. Practical applications: Instantaneous communication over any distance with latency ≤17.5≤17.5 ms. Displacement of drones, probes and spacecraft without fuel consumption. Space navigation without satellites, based on the internal standard. Energy generation — extracting energy from the standing wave layer without external fuel. Results and conclusions: The developed system enables quantum spatial displacement without reactive thrust, without distance‑dependent energy expenditure, and without relativistic corrections. Shift time — 17.5 ms. Energy — microwatts. Distance — unlimited. The project is ready for R&D and can be implemented within 2–3 years.
