Abstract

This work constructs and proves an explicit mathematical bridge between the Riemann Hypothesis and a rank-one algebraic and cohomological realization of Hodge type. The bridge transports the number of nontrivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function lying outside the critical line, within any admissible window, through a Toeplitz index and into a faithful Chow-theoretic and cohomological readout.
