Abstract

DECISION: REJECT ELEMENT: The injection of a fixed 132 Hz E8 root-vector oscillator map as a frequency prior into the generation loop fails the concreteness and testability threshold. The concept of "bio-adaptive resonant feedback" is not defined as a measurable, codable operation. The map itself is a static artifact; no rule specifies how it compresses candidate spaces (e.g., threshold on dot-product similarity, frequency-domain filter cutoff, or rejection of candidates whose EV projection deviates beyond a harmonic multiple). Without a precise mathematical transform, this is a metaphysical placeholder, not an edge. EXPECTED IMPACT: Zero to negative. Even if the 72% confidence projection were real, the lack of a codable rule means any implementation would be arbitrary. The claimed +0.5% to +1.2% window improvement is untestable because the compression mechanism is undefined. The win-rate lift from 35% to 40-45% is speculative and assumes the 132 Hz harmonic is a persistent market in Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
