Abstract

This article, based on the Shared Information Layer Theorem (§5 of 2.3, Theorem 2.3.5.01–Theorem 2.3.2.01) and the Conjugate Consummate Reproduction Theorem (§7 of 2.3, Theorem 2.3.7.01–Theorem 2.3.7.02), proves that the Birkhoff mixing matrix of our region is obtained from the discrete output of consummate reproduction — it is not calibrated from our region's . generates candidate parameters on the coding orbit; the interlock property of (proposition proved) makes them satisfy the Completeness Condition (theorem proved); after consummation they reproduce as Clifford configurations; triality produces discrete values; our region adopts one ; spectral expansion yields . is the **output** of , not its **input**. Circular reasoning is thereby broken.
