A Certified Canonical Census of One-Place Stark Invariants over Real Quadratic Fields: Exact Quadratic Value Orbits and the Higher-Order Frontier

Abstract

Version 1.1 corrects the orbit-count display, theorem notation and nonvanishing explanation, the sextic certificate partition, and an integral-basis error in three Engine-B geometry screens. The corrected exact ledger has 22 proved noncanonical Engine-B transports and 210 open members. It also includes the all-order deleted-prime cover implication and exact H-stratum screen. Claim boundary: the 8,200 selected-modulus representatives split as T/Q/H = 3,936/1,560/2,704; every Q row has an exact packet-value-orbit polynomial; five historical quartic H constructions remain incomplete.
