8.3 Falsification of Dark Energy

Open access0 citations

Abstract

This article proves that the accelerating expansion of the universe is explained by the ℐ-sector diffusion effect, and the cosmological constant . In Conjugate Spectral Geometry, dark energy does not exist — the accelerating expansion observed from Type Ia supernovae is a natural result of the information field diffusion-response equation. The ℐ-sector diffusion equation produces an effective negative pressure term at cosmological scales, driving accelerating expansion, without the need to introduce vacuum energy or a cosmological constant. This article provides the complete derivation of ℐ-sector diffusion-driven accelerating expansion, a rigorous proof of , and an algebraic derivation of the effective equation of state parameter .
