AAV-traced single-cell RNA-seq of the aZI in TH-BAC-Cre mice

Abstract

We delivered AAV-DIO-EGFP into the aZI region in TH-BAC-Cre mice and performed single-cell RNA sequencing. We obtained 15,781 single cells and clustering analysis revealed 15 major cell types within aZI region, and EGFP possitive highly expression.
