From Sequence to an Auditable Fold: Smithian Fold Theory V3 Protein Fold Computational Proof — Preliminary Results

Abstract

Updated preliminary version 0.9.4 of the standalone Smithian Fold Theory V3 Protein Fold computational-proof paper. The scientific gate remains the independently verified v20 boundary: one complete 42,173,082-candidate parent, a closed 583-state high-attraction slice, adverse historical and development controls preserved, and AlphaFold-generalised blind parity unresolved. This version adds the complete 21-record claim audit required by the publication guidance, reconciles stale v0.9.3 workspace-manifest references without changing scientific counts or evidence classifications, and records 898 passing publication-integrated tests. Remaining attraction bands, the global fixed-geometry frontier, whole-chain recurrence, matched AlphaFold campaign and parity decision remain open and will be published as later versions in this concept lineage.
