Metretics: The Complete Works of Time Field Theory — Axiomatic System, Spacetime Picture and Unified Cosmological Interpretation

Abstract

This book presents the complete systematic framework of Time Field Theory (TFT), also known as Metretics — a monistic theory of physics founded on the single principle of metric self-consistency. Unlike the dualistic "substance + interaction" paradigm of classical and modern physics, TFT reconstructs the foundations of physics from the ontological premise that all physical quantities are relational benchmarks defined by periodic comparison, not inherent properties of substantial entities. Starting from the Perfect Circle Postulate and the Principle of Metric Self-Consistency, the book derives endogenously: the mathematical structure of Riemannian geometry, the Lorentz transformation and relativistic kinematics, the inverse-square law of gravitation and all classical tests of general relativity, the flatness of galactic rotation curves without dark matter, a black hole model without event horizon or singularity, the resolution of dark energy as a metric benchmark effect, the canonical and path-integral quantization schemes, and a metric interpretation of quantum measurement. Organized into eight volumes and forty-five chapters, this work integrates over forty core papers into a unified logical system — from axiomatic foundations through kinematics, gravitation, cosmology, and quantum foundations, to philosophical ontology and falsifiable experimental predictions. All weak-field numerical results coincide with general relativity, while the ontological shift from "substance" to "metric relation" naturally resolves a series of century-old puzzles including singularities, dark matter, dark energy, and the quantum measurement problem. The theory makes rigid, falsifiable predictions: galactic rotation curves and gravitational lensing are uniquely determined by baryonic distribution with no free dark matter parameters; black holes have no strict event horizon but only metric horizons with finite signal escape time; and cosmic expansion is an apparent effect of the global time benchmark gradient rather than driven by unknown dark energy.
