A new systematic review in the Future Business Journal examined how leadership relates to workplace outcomes for differently-abled employees. Across 13 included studies, leadership described as supportive, inclusive, and compassionate was linked with a range of positive affective, attitudinal, and behavioral outcomes, with employee well-being showing up most often.
