Enforcing fine-grained data governance for Wikibase via generic and declarative filter rules

This poster accompanies a submission to SEMANTiCS 2026. It presents three possible modeling choices of property- and item-based governance rules in a Wikibase instance. The governance rules annotate what items and properties should be disclosed to the public and why.
