DFT supported experimental evaluation of air oxidation converting a thiosemicarbazone oxidovanadium(IV) to a dioxidovanadium(V) complex

Two novel vanadium complexes, viz., an oxidovanadium(IV) complex [VO(HL)(acac)] (1) and a dioxidovanadium(V) complex [VO₂(HL)(H₂O)] (2), were synthesized using the tridentate ONS-donor Schiff base ligand H₂L (N-(dehydroacetic acid)-4-phenyl-3-thiosemicarbazone). The complexes wer...

Cosmic Ray Modulation: Force-Field Simulation and Machine-Learning Forbush-Decrease Forecasting

Galactic cosmic rays (GCRs) entering the heliosphere are modulated by the time-varying solar wind and heliospheric magnetic field, producing the well-documented 11-year (Schwabe) and 22-year (Hale) cyclic variation in cosmic ray intensity observed at Earth, together with transien...

From Print to Platform: Digital Transformation in News Media Business Models

The news media industry has undergone one of the most sustained business model disruptions of any sector in the digital economy, as advertising revenue has migrated to platform intermediaries, audiences have fragmented across social and video platforms, and generative artificial...
