Career Sustainability in High‐Risk Performance Populations: The Mediating Role of Grit Between Growth Mindset and Career Decision Self‐Efficacy

ABSTRACT In precarious and high‐stakes vocational environments, fostering psychological sustainability is a critical challenge for employment counseling. This study investigates a modifiable psychological pathway—the mediating role of grit between growth mindset and career decisi...

Simulation-Oriented Parameterization of Virtual Human Head-Orientation Behavior Using Wearable IMU Data

Realistic head-orientation behavior contributes to the credibility of virtual human agents in scenario-based simulations. Conventional finite state machine (FSM) agents often rely on manually defined perception rules, producing repetitive head motion patterns that do not reflect...

Agent-based real-time simulation of autonomous virtual soldiers engaging with moving targets

Virtual combat simulations provide a cost-effective platform for military training; however, their realism is often constrained by deterministic formulations of engagement outcomes against dynamic targets. This study presents a probabilistic attack model for intelligent virtual s...
