evolution of HLA genes in TCR-T Cell Therapy

We implanted the A375 melanoma cell line subcutaneously into NCG mice and treated them with TCR-T therapy. We performed multiple-site biopsies at different stages of the treatment and conducted HLA gene-targeted sequencing and omics analysis.
