We assembled a near telomere-to-telomere genome of a brown bear subspecies using PacBio and Hi-C data.Near 2.42 Gb assembled genome had a scaffold N50 of 72.35 Mb, a contig N50 of 66.56 Mb and 42.36% GC content.
