Capacity strengthening is widely invoked within global health and development, yet the concept lacks a shared foundation. Its inconsistent use, coupled with limited theoretical and methodological development, hampers efforts to establish equitable and well-functioning collaborati...

The dark-energy density fixes a mass scale ρ_Λ^{1/4} ≃ 2.25 meV, of the same order as the neutrino mass splittings. Numerical proximity is not evidence; we only map consequences. Taking the sharpest arithmetic reading as a scenario — m₁ = 2.25 meV with normal ordering — and evalu...

A ratio-locked radio signature of a universal shift in the electron mass
A universal fractional shift ε in the electron mass would imprint fixed relative shifts across radio bands, with ratios set by atomic physics and independent of ε itself. That multi-band pattern — and the falsification it enables — is the content of this paper, not a competitive...

Two-color QCD has a substantial finite-temperature literature at N_f = 2. To our knowledge, following a literature sweep dated 2026-07, no published determination of the transition temperature in string-tension units, T_c/√σ, is available for N_f = 3 light fundamental Dirac flavo...

Primordial helium bounds on a leptonic electron-mass transition inside the BBN window
The amplitude ε of a universal fractional shift in the electron mass that turns on inside the big-bang nucleosynthesis (BBN) temperature window is treated as a free parameter, and the measured primordial helium mass fraction Y_p is used to bound it. Bounds on constant or power-la...

A rotating condensate tracking V∝r^n cannot reach kination: exact equation of state w=(n-2)/(n+2)
A complex scalar with a conserved charge Q, written in polar form as a rotating condensate of amplitude r, has rotational energy density that would scale as a^{-6} (kination, w = 1) if r were held fixed. On a polynomial potential V ∝ r^n the amplitude does not stay fixed: it trac...
