Lipemia Retinalis Reversal in Familial Partial Lipodystrophy

This case report describes a diagnosis of lipemia retinalis in a woman aged 27 years with creamy discoloration of the retinal vessels on fundus examination and markedly elevated serum triglyceride levels.
