Albumin-Binding Moieties Tune the Pharmacokinetics and Tumor Uptake of 177Lu-Labeled GRPR Radioligands

Abstract Although the gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR) is an established theranostic target across multiple cancers, many GRPR-targeting peptides undergo rapid renal clearance, limiting tumor uptake and therapeutic exposure. Albumin-binding moieties (ABMs) reversibly int...

Experimental radiotherapy with the gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR) antagonist [177Lu]Lu-AU-SAR-M1 in a prostate cancer murine model using reduced-frequency dosing

The gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR) is highly expressed in prostate and breast cancers and hence serves as a legitimate target for radionuclide therapy (TRT). Radiolabeled GRPR antagonists are attractive radionuclide-carriers for TRT, due to their rapid tissue penetrati...

Imaging of ROR1 expression in tumors using radiolabeled affibody molecules

Abstract Purpose Receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1) is an attractive molecular target for anti-tumor therapies undergoing late-stage clinical development. Quantitative imaging of ROR1 expression could enable identification of patients likely to respond to such...
